This is a place where fulfillment bubbles from the spring of life. A knowingness emerges from within you, with each breath in/out. As you inhale the purity of new life, change or new beginnings; with the exhale you begin to emancipate yourself from the daily stress and troubles of your mind. The repeated looping thoughts of your mind kneel before you; a peaceful surrender to your breath in this moment. This is freedom from the control of your own mind.
Where am I? Where would my awareness travel, if not in my mind?
A new control center emerges from the depths of your chest. A slow steady thump, thump, takes over as your new command center. A neon sign flashes “under new management” as you make peace with the new awareness.

It’s the beginning of 2015, I am managing the tallest residential tower in Arizona. As I sit quietly on a phone call with an Intuitive, her voice is confident, kind, and gentle. She explains I am living in my head, and I am stuck on a hamster wheel of repetitive thoughts of self doubt, fear, and blocked from my highest potential. I am missing out on living from my heart. I need to travel from my head to my heart, she says with a secure tone that echo’s in my head. “Travel from my head to my heart.”
How does one do that? I think with my mind.
She elaborates that she sees clearly that I need to focus my attention and awareness in my heart. She recommends researching the Heart Math Institute to use as a resource, as she bestows this enlightenment piercing my awareness. The light takes over the darkest corners of my consciousness at that moment. Before I know it I am back in my head, overthinking as that moment was a spark of light, a new concept, her intuition was a direct hit, a bullseye, an invitation for change.
An outpouring of peace and love emerges from my chest as I recall my introduction into heart based living. This introduction, this invitation is for you.
